The Pre-Primary Wing of Shri Ram Global School celebrated International Charity Day, on 5 August ‘26 with great enthusiasm, compassion, and a spirit of giving.
The celebration commenced with a special assembly, where we had the privilege of welcoming the children from Drishti NGO as our esteemed guests. The children from Drishti NGO amazed everyone by showcasing their remarkable talents through Sketching, painting, paper quilling, jewellery making and rakhi making. Their creativity, confidence and craftsmanship inspired our young learners and highlighted the importance of nurturing every child’s unique ability. The interactive sessions provided a wonderful opportunity for students to appreciate their artistic skills and learn from them.
Adding to the festive spirit the children from the NGO along with our students and teachers enjoyed a lively dance session filled with laughter, music and togetherness. The joyful moments shared through dance created beautiful memories and strengthened the bond between everyone present.
Our little learners from Pre-Nursery, Nursery, Grade 1, and Grade 2 enthusiastically participated in a stationery donation drive, contributing colours, pencils, colouring books, sketchbooks, and other learning essentials. Every donation reflected the generosity and compassionate spirit of our students and their families.
At Shri Ram Global School, we believe that education is not only about nurturing young minds but also about shaping kind hearts. Through experiences like these, we continue to inspire our children to become empathetic, socially responsible individuals who understand that the greatest gift they can offer is the gift of kindness.
