Festivals bring joy and happiness. Baisakhi is an important harvest festival of Punjab that has religious values. Students of Shri Ram Global School, celebrated this day with fervour and enthusiasm. The festival of harvest was celebrated in order to acquaint the students with the Punjabi culture and tradition. Tiny Tots came dressed in traditional punjabi colourful outfits with ornaments and accessories. The programme began with speech on ‘Importance of Baisakhi’ followed by a very energetic bhangra performance. Dhol beats and punjabi folk music added to the excitement. School Principal conveyed best wishes and appreciated the performance of the students.
