Shri Ram Global school just hosted an amazing 3-day CBSE workshop on ‘Leading Transformation’! Teachers learned how to drive positive change with visionary leadership, effective communication & teamwork! Our CBSE Resourse Persons Ma’am Sharanjeet Kaur Principal, Sunbeam School Sultanpur & Ma’am Hema Kalakoti, Principal Army Public School shared powerful insights on leadership & innovation in education. Principal Ma’am Shameem Singh inspired us with, “Leadership is about taking care of those in your charge.” She added, “Leadership is getting someone to do something they want to do.” Vice Principal Sir Luvkush Gupta praised teachers’ commitment to growth. The workshop emphasized being agile, adaptable & empathetic as educators. Ma’am Sharanjeet said, “A true leader empowers others to become leaders.” Ma’am Hema showcased innovative strategies & success stories to spark new ideas! Through activities, role-plays & reflections, teachers explored their leadership styles & found areas to grow. It built a strong community vibe & left everyone pumped up for positive change!
