The students of Pre-Nursery to Grade 2 at Shri Ram Global School celebrated Hygiene Day with great enthusiasm and excitement. The event aimed at creating awareness about the importance of cleanliness and healthy habits in daily life. Through engaging activities, students learned valuable lessons about maintaining personal hygiene and its impact on health.
The activities were designed to be both fun and educational. Pre-Nursery students participated in a hand washing demonstration and a brushing teeth craft activity, learning about the importance of oral hygiene. Nursery students mastered the 6 steps of hand washing, while K.G students created their own sanitizers through a DIY activity. Grade 1 and 2 students engaged in a self-grooming activity, learning about the importance of personal grooming and hygiene.
Additionally, students across all classes participated in various activities, including an objects sorting game and a hygiene kit show and tell, where they showcased their own hygiene kits, including toothbrushes, towels, and handkerchief. These activities reinforced self-care habits in a playful and age-appropriate manner
Teachers introduced the concept of hygiene through songs, and stories, making learning fun and interactive for students.
Last but not the least, the Hygiene Day celebration at Shri Ram Global School was a resounding success, promoting healthy habits and cleanliness among our young learners.
The event laid a strong foundation for lifelong healthy practices, and we look forward to continuing such initiatives in the future.
