On August 15th, Shri Ram Global School commemorated India’s 78th Independence Day with immense enthusiasm and patriotism. The festivities began with a solemn Flag Hoisting Ceremony, followed by a precision March Past led by the Student Council.
The Head Boy delivered an inspiring speech, paying tribute to the nation’s freedom fighters and emphasizing the significance of independence. The younger students then regaled the audience with a vibrant musical fiesta, showcasing their talent and energy.
Dr. Fakiha’s patriotic speech further ignited the spirit of nationalism, and the students demonstrated their oratory skills in a declamation competition. The highlight of the day was the ‘Jalsaye Azadi’ program, featuring a captivating dance performance by Aashvi Tandon, a welcome dance by KG-B, and an inter-house dance competition that showcased the students’ creativity and teamwork.
On this auspicious occasion, the Director of Operations Ms Palak congratulated everyone on the 78th Independence Day. Principal Ms Shameem Singh and Chief Academic Advisor Ms Pooja Prasad commended the winners and expressed gratitude to all participants for their enthusiastic involvement.
The day concluded with the National Anthem and sweet distribution, symbolizing the sweetness of freedom and unity. The celebrations reinforced the school’s commitment to fostering patriotism, national pride, and a sense of responsibility among its students.
