The department of Art of Shri Ram Global School, organised an Art and Craft exhibition ‘Kalakriti’ on 10 February 2024 to provide limitless opportunities for creative minds. It was an initiative to bring forth our students’ innate skills and talent and hone their creative genius.
The Activity Hall was abuzz with excitement and fervour as it showcased the handicrafts of our students in their myriad hues. The display ranged from 3D models using waste products, worli art, origami, paper craft masks, splashes of vibrant hues, different types of paintings, sketched portraits, paper flowers, calligraphy and doodle. Students made vibrant wall hangings and mural paintings to embellish the activity hall. The event was graced by Mrs Rashmi Kapoor, a pioneer in the field of Arts.
Our budding artists presented many creative ideas, which left all the viewers dumb-struck and full of praise for the talent on display. The exhibition provided the right platform for students to showcase the varied and beautiful articles and the exquisite paintings done by them throughout the academic year.
The parents were delighted to watch the colourful displays of their wards and lauded the students’ efforts, who, under their teachers’ guidance, had put up a fantastic array of artifacts. The Principal and staff applauded the students for their creative flair, such exhibitions motivate and instill confidence in young minds.
