On sept 07, 2024, our school SHRI RAM GLOBAL SCHOOL held a
Parents’ Town Hall event aimed at providing parents with a
comprehensive understanding of their children’s holistic progress by
involving them in assessing parent assessment activities for the
Holistic progress Card, that has been introduced in Early Childhood
education Section at Shri Ram Global School from this session.
The event was designed to assess the multifaceted development of the
students, covering various domains such as Aesthetic and Cultural,
Cognitive, Language and Literacy (Hindi and English), Positive Learning
Habits, and Physical Development as per National Curriculum
Framework 2023 guided by NEP 2020.
The program began with Ganesh Vandana, invoking blessings of Lord
Ganesha, God of knowledge and wisdom.
A small orientation was conducted by the Principal, Ms Shameem
Singh for explaining the parents their role in Holistic Progress Card
implementation.
After the informative presentations, parents were escorted to their
ward’s classrooms, where they actively participated in various handson
activities and assessed their ward’s progress in each domain as per
the Stream, Mountain and Sky Rubrics assessing the awareness,
sensitivity and creativity of learners for each domain.
The event concluded with parents expressing their appreciation for
the school’s efforts in providing a balanced and holistic education.
The Townhall event for HPC was a great success with the immense
support and efforts of our respected principal Mrs. Shameem Singh
Ma’am, our dynamic coordinator Mrs. Nivedita Ma’am and all the dear
teachers.
