It is indeed a matter of great pleasure that the ISTM under the Department of Personnel & Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Govt. of India and the CBSE under the Department of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Education, Govt. of India, have resolved to collaborate for conducting a “2-Days Training of Trainers Certification Course”.
Day 1 of the CBSE Training of Trainers workshop at Shri Ram Global School, Lucknow, featured insightful sessions aimed at empowering educators. The day began with an inaugural address by Ms. Shameem Singh, Principal of Shri Ram Global School, emphasizing the transformative role of teachers in shaping future generations. Shri Pramod Kumar Jaiswal, Deputy Director, ISTM, conducted a session on leveraging digital tools to create engaging and interactive classrooms and Shri I.J. Mittal, National Master Trainer from ISTM Delhi, shared his expertise on fostering innovative teaching practices and mentoring strategies for educators. Dr. Akhilesh Kumar,Under Secretary /Head CoE Prayagraj emphasized the importance of collaborative teaching models to achieve academic excellence.This was followed by an address of Dr. Prerna Mitra, CBSE District Training Coordinator and Principal, GD Goenka School, on designing learner-centric and innovative lesson plans as per National Education Policy 2020. Dr. Jawaid Alam Khan, renowned educationist and leader of The Lucknow Public Collegiate, shared valuable insights on leadership strategies for educators, focusing on mentoring and decision-making.
