SHRI RAM GLOBAL SCHOOL, LUCKNOW, organized an educational trip to a bank ATM for its Pre-Nursery to KG students. This visit aimed to provide a real-life learning experience, introducing them to smart money habits for life. The students learned about the purpose of an ATM (Automated Teller Machine) in simple terms, understanding how people use cards to withdraw money.
During the visit, the children observed the ATM’s functioning and learned about important banking habits, including the use of a secret PIN (Personal Identification Number) to secure transactions. They understood that it’s important to keep their PIN confidential and not share it with anyone, emphasizing the importance of privacy and security.
The students also learned about queue etiquette, waiting for their turn, and being quiet in public places. A follow-up worksheet activity helped reinforce their learning experience.
This educational trip was designed to develop awareness about everyday life skills, encouraging curiosity and observation among our young learners.
