Festivals build group cohesiveness. Festivals inform, educate, bring people together, break the monotony of routine and give us a chance to re-energize our body, mind, and spirit. Of all the festivals, Ganesh Chaturthi is the most colourful. Ganesh Chaturthi is a Hindu festival that marks the birthday of Lord Ganesha.
Lord Ganesha, the symbol of wisdom bestows his presence on Earth during this festival and remove their obstacles. With such belief, Shri Ram Global School conducted a special assembly. The festivities started with the traditional arti by the Principal Ms. Sushma accompanied by bhajans, melodiously performed by the children. The sole purpose of the celebration was to let the students stay rooted with Indian culture and to enable them to understand the significance of this festival.
