INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION AT SHRI RAM GLOBAL SCHOOL

We, at Shri Ram Global School, celebrated India’s 75th Independence Day. The event was anchored by Ms. Anushka Mishra, a class IX student. The celebration began with our respected Chief Guest, Shri Sadhu Charan Singh Ji unfolding the National Flag. It continued with a stirring speech given by Ms. Jiya Agarwal, a grade IX student. All the teachers and administrative team were present to honour this celebration.Shri Sadhu Charan Singh Ji, Mrs. Nanda Singh, Mrs. Sandhya Singh, (our Chairman’s wife) Mrs. Asha Singh and Director of Operation, Ms Palak Singh were the chief guests of the program and were given a floral welcome.

At, Shri Ram Global School, the Independence Day programme opened with the description of Fun Fitness Activity. Akshansh Dubey, a grade VI student, spoke about the importance of the Circuit Training Exercises and how at Shri Ram Global School these exercises are incorporated with learning. It was followed by the Chief Guests’ visit to the Sports arena, wherein, Vidit Singh, a grade IV student talked about the advantages of the newly constructed sports area; Basketball, open gym, cricket and indoor swimming pool in Shri Ram Global School.

The second part of the celebration commenced with the Lamp Lighting ceremony and welcome of the Chief Guests. An energetic dance performance by the students of classes VI, VII, VIII and IX set the mood for the day. The enigmatic performance by Ms. Abhilasha Shukla showcased an impeccable display of her gymnastics strength and flexibility. The beautiful performances by the talented students were followed by the speech given by our Principal. She thanked the school authority and the student members for making such wonderful arrangements possible every year. She gave us a valuable advice, that we must to work hard to preserve the freedom that we have achieved at a great cost. The students had gracefully shown their loyalty and respect towards our nation through their varied patriotic performances. Participating in the Independence Day Programme, not only stimulated their patriotism but also made them understand and value the importance of freedom.

Mr. Abhishek and Ms. Deepika Singh had awaken the spirit of patriotism in everyone through their beautiful song performance. Ms. Palak Singh addressed the students encouraging them to be responsible citizens, as they are the future of our nation. The closing of the programme was done by a Vote of Thanks given by Ms. Smriti Mishra. The programme was filled with patriotic colours, courage, and enthusiasm.
