On 23rd April 2026, Shri Ram Global School celebrated UN English Language Day to honour William Shakespeare. Students from Grades I to VIII participated in engaging activities designed to enhance their language skills.
Grades I and II celebrated the day with great enthusiasm. A student dressed as William Shakespeare visited the classrooms, making the experience lively and memorable. The children also took part in a fun reading activity using a “magic pointer,” which boosted their confidence and interest in English.
Grade III students showcased confidence through Show and Tell, while Grade IV expressed creativity through writing and drawing on the topic “If I Were the Earth.” Grade V students impressed everyone with a thoughtful debate on technology and robots. Students from Grades VI to VIII participated in an interactive English quiz covering grammar, literature, and vocabulary.
The celebration was a perfect blend of learning and fun, helping students build confidence, creativity, and a love for the English language.
