We at Shri Ram Global School strongly support activity-based, experiential learning this helps in effective assimilation of knowledge and makes learning a lifelong process. Hence the students of grade VI to VIII and grade IX and X visited the Indian Meteorological Department on 16th and 18th of July respectively. They had the opportunity to understand what factors influence weather forecast and how the epicenter of earthquakes are detected. Instruments like seismograph, barometer, deep sea thermometer, photoelectric anemometer etc. were shown and their operation explained to the students. Overall it was a great learning experience for all.
