“Rooted in love, growing with care—‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ is a tribute to every mother and Mother Earth.”
As part of the Government of India’s “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam 3.0” campaign, Shri Ram Global School proudly organised a meaningful tree plantation drive for the mothers of students from Pre-Nursery to Grade 2. The initiative beautifully marked the special bond between a mother and nature while promoting environmental awareness amongst young learners.
The event witnessed an enthusiastic participation from 84 mothers and their children, who came together to plant a variety of saplings across the school campus. Each sapling symbolised love, care, hope, and a shared commitment to nurturing Mother Earth for future generations. The joyful participation of families transformed the campus into a vibrant green space, reinforcing the values of environmental responsibility and sustainability.
The plantation drive not only encouraged children to develop a lifelong respect for nature but also inspired families to become active contributors towards a greener and healthier school. The smiles, excitement, and dedication displayed by every participant made the event truly memorable.
Through this initiative, the school reaffirmed its commitment to fostering eco-conscious citizens and instilling the importance of preserving our environment. Together, we took a small yet significant step towards building a greener tomorrow—one sapling, one family, and one promise at a time.
