On 24/07/2023, Shri Ram Global School had the privilege of hosting a Road Safety Rules Program conducted by the Traffic Police of Lucknow. The program aimed to educate and create awareness among our students about road safety, responsible road behaviour, and the significance of following traffic rules. This initiative was a collaborative effort to ensure the safety of our students as well as the larger community. The event witnessed active participation from students of all grades.

The program began with engaging presentations by traffic police officers, covering various road safety topics, including traffic signals, pedestrian safety, the importance of seat belts, and the significance of wearing helmets while riding bicycles and motorcycles.

This program aimed to equip our students with the knowledge and understanding of the significance of helmets in preventing head injuries and promoting responsible road behaviour.

Traffic police officers demonstrated different road signals, their meanings, and how to safely cross the road at pedestrian crossings. Students actively participated in the demonstration, helping them understand the practical application of traffic rules.

The program instilled a sense of responsibility in students towards their own safety and the safety of their peers and family members.

We are immensely grateful to the traffic police officers for their efforts in enlightening our students and making road safety an engaging and meaningful learning experience.

As a school, we will continue to collaborate with law enforcement agencies and organize such programs to ensure the safety and well-being of our students and contribute to building a safer community on the roads of Lucknow.
