Shri Ram Global School celebrated the 80th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour at the school Amphitheatre.
The celebrations began with a Welcome Address by Dr. Fakiha, who greeted everyone and set the tone for the day. This was followed by the Flag Hoisting Ceremony and the singing of the National Anthem, as the tricolour fluttered high, filling the atmosphere with pride.
The stage then came alive with vibrant student performances. The little ones from Pre-Nursery to Grade II presented a beautiful Dance Drama that captured the spirit of freedom. Students of Grade III to IX and XI enthralled the audience with a Musical Performance and an Instrumental Patriotic piece.
The National Symbols Presentation by Grades III-V reminded everyone of India’s rich heritage, while an elegant Indian Classical Dance Performance by Grades V-VIII added grace to the celebrations.
The highlight of the day was the Prabhat Pheri by students of Grades VI-XII, who marched around the school neighborhood through the campus, chanting patriotic slogans.
