Gratitude is one of the most beautiful emotions we can experience as human beings. Thanksgiving gives us the perfect opportunity to teach our children all about this wonderful sentiment.
This day is a reminder to us of the importance of gratitude in life and is celebrated to acknowledge family, friends, and loved ones for their presence and support in their life. Children are never too young to learn the value of everything they have in life and for being thankful for it.
Shri Ram Global School, Lucknow celebrated Thanksgiving / Gratitude Day on 14 February 2023. Different activities were planned where students of Pre-Nursery – Kindergarten made Thankyou cards and decorated it, Grade I sang a song to express their gratitude towards all mighty God and all the people who help them. Children of all the classes expressed their love and gratitude for all the supporting staff by giving them the thankyou card. Kids enjoyed watching video on Thanksgiving Day story.
It was a pleasant and enriching experience for all the students as they learned the importance to thank people and things, they are grateful for. This helped them to enhance their communication and behavioural skills.
